Maintaining Momentum 

 

Following a strong start in January, Accelerator Class 21-1 are successfully keeping the momentum going! The second month of the Real Estate Investing Accelerator is all about educating our Accelerator Members on some of the most innovative and successful strategies we have ever used to take down deals. We provide examples and templates of cash flow calculations and offer material within the course modules for our members to use in real life negotiations.

Live mentoring from lead instructor Buddy Rushing during our bi-weekly meetings and support from teammates helps our members invest boldly. They confidently approach each potential deal like a seasoned investor with an experienced coalition, capital, integrity, and a shared vision for building wealth at their backs!

 

Accelerator Member Spotlight:

Jessica Stein & Matt O’Donnell

 

This month, the Accelerator Member Spotlight goes to Jessica Stein and Matt O’Donnell. Jessica and Matt first met during their early years at the United States Coast Guard Academy. Upon graduation in 2018, Jessica was assigned as a Marine Inspector in Houston and Matt as a Student Engineer aboard the USCGC VALIANT in Jacksonville, Florida.

Despite the distance, their relationship grew and Matt proposed. Jessica did not realize this at the time, but when she said yes to becoming Matt’s wife, she was also saying yes to becoming his real estate partner!

Matt was selected for flight training, transferred to Pensacola, and caught the itch for real estate during his downtime while waiting for the training phases to begin. He eventually convinced Jessica to join him on the ride!

Despite the challenges of balancing dual military careers, a long distance relationship, and an upcoming transfer, Jessica and Matt were still eager to take on the current Real Estate Accelerator course (21-1). Starting a family will soon be on their horizon, a primary motivation to achieve their financial freedom goals sooner!
