Proven Real Estate Investment Strategies
This month in the Real Estate Investing Accelerator we dove head-first into some of the most successful strategies White Feather Investments (WFI) has used to turn lack-luster deals into spectacular deals, and Buddy Rushing (USNA ’04) revealed the secrets that have earned him 20-30% returns in multiple cities and market cycles!
Throughout these modules, Accelerator members work individually and within teams to identify properties in selected markets that are ripe with potential and present them to the group for analysis and advice. Armed with WFI cash-flow and property analysis tools, members approach each potential deal with the confidence of an investor who has an entire coalition with massive experience, capital for investing, high integrity and a shared vision for building wealth on their side. Real Estate Investing Accelerator Members are coming from a position of power instead of the fear and trepidation of a typical novice investor.
Next, the Accelerator Attendees will perform, “Deal Profiles” on properties that have checked all the boxes and proven to be solid investment opportunities. The Deal Profile is one of White Feather Investments’ most powerful tools because it provides investors critical information regarding the property, including renovation estimates, before/after photos, market & cash flow analysis, rent and value comps, blueprints…you know, the nerdy stuff.
The amount of action these Accelerator Members are taking is remarkable, and it is only MONTH TWO!! This illustrates the power of bringing a group of motivated action-takers together who have all committed to making a permanent change in their financial future, and then absorbing all of the knowledge offered.

Accelerator Attendee in the Spotlight
REI Accelerator (19-1) Attendee, Erin Helle
Our Accelerator Member in the Spotlight for the month of February is Erin Helle. Erin is originally from Buffalo, NY and is a graduate of West Point.
Erin is a former Engineer and served in both Iraq and Afghanistan. After serving in the U.S. Army for 12 years, she embarked on a career as a Real Estate Investor and fell in love with everything about it!
She is now a proud Army wife and mom of two beautiful little girls. She works as a Realtor in Tennessee. Erin has a passion for helping people and truly enjoys solving problems and putting deals together that benefit everyone. She has audacious goals of total financial freedom and enjoys every minute of her pursuit!
A leader within one of our top performing 19-1 teams, the “Slumdog Millionaires”, Erin has displayed her confidence, work ethic, and knowledge as a member of the Real Estate Accelerator Course. She is currently crushing a 10-Plex in Fort Campbell that she found, negotiated terms, and will take down with fellow members of her group, a fantastic deal that cash flows like crazy! Erin is a rising star and one of the top members to watch within White Feather Investments.
Real Estate Accelerator Mastermind
After the completion of our inaugural class in December, we created a Mastermind group for our graduates. The Mastermind recently experienced the most robust meeting to-date as our members continue to provide tremendous VALUE to the group. Broken into teams, our Mastermind Members provide discussion and educational topics for group conversations, real estate “tips of the trade” and hold each other ACCOUNTABLE for short, medium, and long term goals. The Real Estate Accelerator Mastermind Group has developed a level of momentum in each person’s life that far exceeds what existed prior to the Mastermind.
This month, our Mastermind Members reviewed business plans, discussed new ideas for side-hustles, helped analyze a member’s 127-unit apartment deal (in progress), and even shared some helpful advice on marriage for the recently engaged Operations Manager of White Feather Investments.
