Month Two of the Real Estate Investing Accelerator is where our members learn some of the most innovative and successful strategies we have ever used. We go over how to turn horrible, disgusting, and all-around foul deals into beautiful, loving, and huggable deals – even some that have shown Year 1 returns of 20-30%, and more!

Examples and templates of the cashflow calculations as well as the offer documents are provided within the course modules for our members to use in their real life negotiations.  Live mentoring during the calls as well as having the support of their individual teammates strips away a lot of the fear that accompanies your first investments. Members approach each potential deal with the confidence of an investor who has an entire coalition with massive experience, capital for investing, high integrity and a shared vision for building wealth at their back!

Since starting the 19-2 iteration of the REI Accelerator in June, we have already locked in a quarter of the available seats the 20-1 course beginning in JANUARY of NEXT YEAR.  Yes, you read that correctly, people are signing up 6 months in advance!

REI Accelerator (19-2) Member, Tom Connally

Our Accelerator Member in the Spotlight for the month of August is Tom Connally!

Tom Connally (USNA ‘83) is an experienced leader, strategist, and change agent with proven performance leading, building, and fixing organizations by creating a culture of performance. In over 30 years of Marine leadership, he led organizations from 50-3500 personnel, with budgets up to $2.8B.

Leading artillery, infantry, and security forces including an artillery battalion (3/11) conducting provisional missions in Operation Iraqi Freedom, a Headquarters Battalion in Japan, and a Security Forces Company in Iceland, he has applied his leadership tenets in a variety of staff organizations as well.
He’s basically a total rockstar…

Tom served as a Director for two defense companies, before founding Connally Consulting in March 2018, helping leaders and organizations to improve their performance and success professionally, personally, spiritually, and physically. Tom began writing a book, Becoming a Leader: A Road Map for My Daughter and the Aspiring Leader to help his daughter, a current Marine Lieutenant, and son, a Cadet at Texas A&M.

When Tom heard WFI CEO, Buddy Rushing talk about the Real Estate Investing Accelerator, he knew he had to take action! Tom applied for 19-2 to balance his portfolio and create an income stream for greater impact in the life of his family, church, community, and company. Tom is currently in escrow on three properties in Tennessee & Mississippi and is working with his daughter and brother (both USNA grads) to try to lock them into a spot in the Accelerator starting in January of 2020 (very sneaky Tom!)

He has been a tremendous leader and inspiration in a very short time to the rest of the Accelerator attendees, and is exactly the kind of person that not only gets a ton of value from the course, but also provides a ton of value as well. Thanks for everything Tom and CONGRATULATIONS

Following the completion of the Real Estate Investing Accelerator, qualified graduates are afforded the opportunity to apply and gain access to the WFI Mastermind.

Built in response to Accelerator grads wanting to have an accountability structure to drive them towards their goals, this group meets bi-weekly to ensure lessons learned from the course are taken and put into action!

Focused on education, setting and executing goals, and holding ourselves and each other accountable for our stated goals, this group has quickly become one of WFI’s most promising outlets for driving our WFI members toward lives of Financial Freedom.

Most recently, our Mastermind Members discussed entrepreneurial business problems and received solutions during our bi-weekly meetings! Whether a Mastermind Member is building out a physical fitness studio nation-wide, a turnkey operation in Tennessee, or a coaching business – our Members always step up with recommendations on how to improve upon their business process/procedure in order to achieve their Financial Freedom goals!
