After graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1983, Tom served in the U.S. Marine Corps for thirty years. Today, he’s the Founder and President of Connally Consulting where he helps leaders and organizations improve their performance and success professionally, personally, spiritually, and physically. He is also a successful real estate professional!
