When selecting a business partner, it’s important to choose the right person. Terry said in the interview that a business partnership is like a marriage. So it’s important to choose someone you trust. It’s also important that your partner’s strengths complement your strengths. If you are really good at something, it might be best that your partner is really good at something else.
