This Month’s Topic: Create Your Financial Freedom Blueprint
After vetting 100+ applications, the Real Estate Investing Accelerator 20-2 kicked off in June with all 30 seats locked in with Members ready to tackle the course and chart their courses to Financial Freedom.
Throughout Month One, Members build out their “Financial Freedom Blueprint” and complete a series of exercises to determine the most important single factor in their Financial Freedom journey: WHY. Broken into four separate teams, they are expected to hold themselves and their teammates accountable while learning from their group members.
More than a dozen individuals are ALREADY in escrow on properties, ranging from single-family rentals in St Louis to BRRR deals in Birmingham, to Short Term Rentals in Palm Springs, CA. Combining education with action is the very best way to learn, and taking action is a critical factor in attaining financial freedom.

Dan and Angie Magnotte (USMMA ’08)
Originally from the Pittsburgh, PA, and Chicago, IL areas, Dan Magnotta (USMMA ’08) and his wife Angie are currently located in Stuttgart, Germany where they met, fell in love, and still live and work.
Dan is a Naval Reserve Intelligence Officer and works as Defense Contractor for Special Operations Command Europe. Angie is a soloist dancer for the Stuttgart Ballet. After being recalled to active duty and serving in Iraq for over a year in 2018 and 2019, Dan and Angie spent their free time immersed in real estate education to build a new future for their family.
At the beginning of 2020, Dan was introduced to SABM group, Scott Mackes. He conducted a zoom call with Greg and convinced Angie to join the next Accelerator. During the beginning stages of COVID, Dan and Angie watched the interest rates drop significantly and decided it was time to act. They worked with Buddy to buy a property before the accelerator even started and are currently in escrow on two cash flow rentals at the same time!
Dan and Angie are looking to move back to the US within the next few years and are actively utilizing the accelerator network to set themselves up for future opportunities in and outside of real estate. Full of energy and passion for life, both Dan and Angie bring a level of excitement to their team and to the entire course that has made them truly worthy of recognition. We love you guys and are so happy you are part of the family!
