Month Six of the Real Estate Investing Accelerator is the final month of the course. Our final month together is bittersweet but it’s also the month where we break out the BIG GUNS! This month’s topic is “Advanced Strategies of the Wealthy”. Truly, anyone can use these strategies as long as you use them correctly. For the ones who do, generational wealth is not a grand dream; it’s inevitable.

Our “Rookie of the Year” is Taylor Wing (USMA ‘18…yes, he graduated two years ago) who not only used his VA loan to house-hack while he was deployed but has created his own business that he’s creating in his spare time while establishing a SECOND investment property in Alabama!
The course “Top Achiever” goes to hard-charging Brian Mangus (USMA ‘90) who made 10+ offers during the course, analyzed scores of properties, and closed on 4 deals, including several high-performing syndications!
And finally, the 20-1 course “Honor Graduate” goes to Steve DiGangi (USMA ‘10) who was a powerhouse from the start, scored a perfect 10 on every single assignment, closed on multiple cash flowing investments both utilizing Bank Financing as well as Self-Directing his IRA and combining Seller Financing at the same time!
