“It’s awesome that in the course itself, we talk a bit about house hacking and ask, how do we accelerate our financial freedom goals? This absolutely makes sense with where we’re going, and where we want to be in our career. So it wasn’t even a second thought and it’s a blessing to be a part of such a high volume of folks that are out there just making things happen. It’s unbelievable how many people are doing things so drastically differently than when they started the course. It’s been a blessing.”
– Brett Hadley (USAFA ‘05)
When it comes to real estate success, Brett Hadley shot out of the gate when he began the Real Estate Accelerator and he’s been unstoppable ever since. As a former Hospital Administration & Operations Officer in the U.S. Air Force, Brett understands that people and processes, relationships and communication are essential to success. In less than a year, and in addition to his day job, Brett created an S Corp and has invested in several multi-family properties.
In this episode, we discuss:
- Why Brett decided to join the Real Estate Accelerator
- How Brett managed to escape a bad deal at the last minute
- What quadplex properties are and how the BURRRR method works
- How Brett is using creative financing to fund his deals
We also discuss why talking with property tenants before closing a deal is important and why creative financing can be a lot easier than bank financing. We also talk about three strategies that can help you fund your deals if you’re short on cash flow. Brett also shares how his father went from real estate skeptic to real estate investor as a result of Brett’s success. We love witnessing Brett’s accomplishments and it’s only the beginning of his journey. We can’t wait to see his story continue to unfold and hope his experiences motivate you on your journey to financial freedom.
