Congratulations to the 19-2 Graduates!
We just wrapped up the second REI Accelerator of the year and are thrilled with everything our teams accomplished! Collectively, this class closed on 15 properties over the past 6 months, and have another 9 in escrow. The total value of their purchases is over $1.8 Million and represents over $18,000 in monthly rental income!!
The 19-2 class contained four incredibly strong teams who battled through the final assignment to earn the right to call themselves the “Top Team.” Team ULTRA solidified itself as the Top Team with a consistently impressive performance throughout the course.
All of our individual award winners came out of West Point (..to Buddy’s dismay..), but we are still proud of them, even in the wake of their horrific defeat at the hands of the Navy Football Team! Our “Rookie of the Year” was stud, Shane Finlay (USMA ‘12) who purchased 4 rental properties within his first 9 months as an investor! The course “Top Achiever” went to Tony Briggs (USMA ‘89) whose accomplishments are too long to list here, but he did manage to close on two White Feather Investments deals in Little Rock, AR in his spare time. Course “Honor Graduate” went to Kevin Kalkwarf (USMA ‘06), who is about to close on his third WFI deal and also created three LLC’s during the course. All three of these award winners received perfect grades on every assignment and have set a high standard for future course attendees – great work!!

The 20-1 (January – June ‘20) iteration of the REI Accelerator has all 30 seats filled with incredibly qualified individuals. The competition was fierce, so a huge congratulations to all who made it through the final cut!
If you weren’t able to join us for the course this January, don’t worry, our next course is starting in June 2020 and registration is open now. There are already seats taken for the June course, so if you are eager to Accelerate your journey to Financial Freedom, NOW is the time to take action!

Following the completion of the Real Estate Investing Accelerator, qualified graduates are afforded the opportunity to apply and gain access to the WFI Mastermind.
Built in response to Accelerator grads wanting to have an accountability structure to drive them towards their goals, this group meets bi-weekly to ensure lessons learned from the course are taken and put into action!
Focused on education, setting and executing goals, and holding ourselves and each other accountable for our stated goals, this group has quickly become one of WFI’s most promising outlets for driving our WFI members toward lives of Financial Freedom.
Our current Mastermind Members are looking at new member applications in order to expand this powerhouse group.
