Congratulations to the 19-1 Graduates!
We just wrapped up the final month of the Real Estate Investing Accelerator where our members learned how to strategically plan the rest of their lives by using some powerful strategies to protect their financial legacy while enjoying the fruits of their labor while they are still young!
The 19-1 class contained four impressive teams who battled until the final assignment to earn the right to call themselves the, “Top Team.” By the slimmest of margins, team Slum Dog Millionaires, won out by securing their spot as the Top Team. Unfortunately, all of our individual award winners came out of West Point…so…that wasn’t the best, but we are still proud of them! Our, “Rookie of the Year” was super-star, Alec Carrier (USMA ‘14). The course, “Top Achiever” went to hard-charging Jessica Finnegan (USMA) who refused to allow distance (currently living in UAE with her family!) to stop her from closing on multiple cash flowing real estate deals in the states. Finally, (surprise, surprise..) the 19-1 course, “Honor Graduate” went to Erin Helle (USMA ‘09) who was a powerhouse from the start, never receiving anything but a perfect grade on every assignment.

Our newest class,19-2, has already kicked off with over 25 highly qualified individuals. We are proud of all the new Accelerator Members who have joined us.

Following the completion of the Real Estate Investing Accelerator, qualified graduates have the opportunity to apply and gain access to the WFI Mastermind.
Built in response to Accelerator grads wanting to have an accountability structure to drive them towards their goals, this group meets bi-weekly to ensure lessons learned from the course are taken and put into action!
Focused on education, setting and executing goals, and holding each other accountable for our stated goals, this group has quickly become one of our most promising outlets for driving our members toward lives of Financial Freedom.
Most recently, our Mastermind Members reviewed and evaluated new applications into the group. After much thought, the WFI Mastermind voted to accept three new members! Congratulations to Gary Slyman, KC Finnegan, and Erin Helle for your acceptance into the Mastermind. We are incredibly excited to work with you and can’t wait to display the value created within this dedicated group of like-minded individuals.
